Welcome to a place where we Create Great Employment Experiences!
Message from Thrive by Culture founder Dwight Cooper
Building a great culture sounds simple. Treat people as you would like to be treated, care about your employees, build trusting relationships, etc.Ê Every leader I encounter wishes to accomplish these seemingly simple objectives. Most see clearly the relationship between creating a great work place and the results that it helps you achieve. They realize that a great culture attracts and retains great people, makes for better teammates, and results in discretionary effort. They understand that in todayÕs commoditized world that a great culture is the key to achieving great financial results.
But if itÕs simple, why arenÕt more organizations successful at creating a truly great culture? I think Steven Covey had the answer when he wrote, Òwe tend to rush to the urgent at the expense of the important.ÓÊ The things it takes to build a great culture are rarely urgent, but nearly always important. When we figured out how to design a great culture at PPR we began to thrive. Our culture has not only netted a great environment to work in but also led to extraordinary financial results. We have outgrown our marketplace and done so by a multiple of ten in the last decadeÉ with a great culture as our only market differentiator Ð our core competency. Thrive by Culture is designed to share 13 years of culture development. This program is designed to take the complexity out of designing a great workplace. Attendees will learn the processes and systems that must be implemented to achieve maximum organizational results. They will learn tools that will insure that their teams and organizations will thrive.
